Delivery area

We deliver hot tubs throughout Lithuania. The delivery price depends on the distance and order size - we will agree on the exact price individually after the order is confirmed. Delivery to remote areas or hard-to-reach areas may cost extra.

Delivery times

Standard hot tubs are delivered within 5-15 business days from order confirmation and receipt of payment. Custom hot tubs with additional accessories (hydromassage system, LED lighting, etc.) may take up to 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the accessories and the season. During the summer season (May-August), delivery times may be extended due to increased demand.

Delivery terms

  • The hot tub is delivered to the boundary of your plot or to a designated location where transport can arrive.
  • Ensure free access for the truck (minimum width 3 m)
  • Before delivery, make sure that the location for the hot tub is prepared - a flat, solid base
  • You must be present at the time of delivery or authorize another adult to receive the item.
  • We will inform you about the exact delivery time by phone 1-2 days in advance.
  • During delivery, check the condition of the goods with the driver and sign the acceptance documents.
  • If you notice any external damage, be sure to note this on the acceptance document.

Installation and commissioning

We offer a professional installation and commissioning service. Our qualified specialists will come to your location, install the hot tub, connect all selected systems (hydromassage, air bubbles, LED lighting, heater), test the operation and introduce you to the operating instructions. The installation price is negotiated individually, depending on the complexity of the configuration and distance.

We recommend ordering an installation service to ensure proper operation of all systems and to preserve the warranty.


Returns and exchanges

Right to withdraw from the contract

In accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Law on Consumer Rights Protection, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.

Return conditions

The product can only be returned if:

  • The hot tub has not been used, filled with water, or heated.
  • The hot tub has not been installed or furnished.
  • The product has not lost its commercial appearance and is in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, documents and instructions are included in the kit
  • There are no mechanical damages, scratches or defects caused by the buyer's fault.

Return shipping costs are always paid by the buyer. The item must be returned safely packaged to prevent damage during transportation.

Refund

Refunds will be made within 14 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to make the payment. If the item is returned damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to deduct the appropriate amount for the decrease in value.


Warranty

Warranty conditions

We provide a manufacturer's warranty for all hot tubs and accessories we sell. Warranty period:

  • Hot tub liner (plastic/fiberglass) – 24 months
  • Oven – 12 months
  • Hydromassage and air system components – 12 months
  • LED lighting – 12 months
  • Other accessories – 6–12 months (specified in the product description)

The warranty is valid when:

  • The product is used for its intended purpose and according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Installation was carried out by our specialists or in accordance with official instructions
  • The product has not been modified, altered or repaired by unauthorized persons.
  • Defects are due to manufacturing defects or material defects

The warranty is NOT VALID when:

  • Damages caused by misuse, neglect or negligence
  • The hot tub was used for purposes other than its intended purpose.
  • Damages occurred due to mechanical impact (impacts, falls, scratches)
  • The hot tub has been overheated, frozen, or used with the wrong chemicals
  • Damages occurred due to improper installation, which was not performed by our specialists
  • The stove was fired without water in the tub
  • The hydromassage system was turned on without sufficient water level.
  • The product has been repaired or modified in unauthorized places
  • The damage was caused by natural phenomena (lightning, flood, storm)
  • The damage was caused by the actions of animals or third parties
  • The damage was due to normal wear and tear.

Important to know

Please understand that the warranty does not cover damage caused by the buyer's actions or negligence. You cannot intentionally or negligently damage the product and expect it to be covered by the warranty. Each warranty case is individually reviewed by our specialists - if it is determined that the failure was caused by improper use, warranty repair or replacement will not be performed.

We recommend that you read the instruction manual carefully before using the hot tub and follow all maintenance recommendations.


For defective products, clean the hot tub and follow all care recommendations.

Damaged shipment

If you notice that the package is damaged or deformed during delivery, you must note this on the courier's receipt. If possible, take photos of the damage before signing the documents.

If you have received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Provide your order number and photos of the damage. We will replace the defective item with a new one or refund your money - in this case, we will pay the shipping costs.

Hidden defects

If you notice a defect later, during use, and it is not your fault, please contact us as soon as possible. Describe the problem and, if possible, attach photos or a video. Our specialists will assess the situation and offer a solution - repair, replacement or compensation, depending on the nature of the defect and the warranty conditions.


Canceling orders

Before shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the full amount paid within 5 business days.

After sending

If the order has already been shipped, you will have to wait for the item and return it according to the return terms above.

Individual orders

Custom-made hot tubs according to the buyer's special order (non-standard dimensions, specific configuration of accessories) cannot be canceled or returned, except in cases where the product has manufacturing defects.
